The Dance Palace Holiday Fair – Dec 3,4, & 5 – Pt Reyes

September 22nd, 2010

Dear Craftsperson,

Our 40th annual Holiday Crafts Fair is coming up soon, and we would
like to invite you to participate!

The Dance Palace Holiday Fair is a small, intimate and friendly fair
with a warm community feeling.  It’s a fun fair – and one in which
quality crafts sell well.

The Fair will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday, December 3, 4, and
5, 2010. Set-up time will be on Friday from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and
the Fair will be open to the public from 3 to 9 p.m. On Saturday and
Sunday, the Fair will be open 10 a.m.–5 p.m.

You will be expected to provide your own booth (including table and
display rack) and to decorate it in a holiday manner.  We will have
chairs available for you.

Booth fee for the three-day weekend is a minimum booth fee or 15% of
sales (whichever is more).  We have three booth sizes available:

Large (6’ x 7’) – minimum fee $175
Medium (6’ x 5’) – minimum fee $135
Small (4’ x 4’) – minimum fee $85.

Some booths will be along the walls, others in the center of the room.
The majority of the booths will be in the main space, but many are in
the church space (please note: due to the nature of the room, booth
size in the church is more flexible. Both spaces are equally well
trafficked). We will do our best to give you the location you request.
No booth space can be reserved without the minimum deposit. Booths may be shared.

Please note that priority will be given to applications from West
Marin craftspeople and to those with hand-crafted items; we do not
allow booths with primarily imported items.

Click here for the fair application; you can also download an application
from our website. Application deadline is October 15. If you have any
questions, please call Noele Kostelic at 663-1075×103.
