Milani Elementary School Boutique – Sat Dec 4th – Newark

Are you crafty, bubbly and fun? Come join one “happening event” on Sunday December 19. 2010 in San Lorenzo. Open to all hand crafted vendors (and others). Tables are only $25 each or $30 with electricity. Wonderful Music, Great Atmosphere, Good Food and Wonderful Gifts right before the major holiday! Market Hall Holiday Craft Bazaar – Hercules

The Market Hall Holiday Craft Bazaar will be held on five different days: Saturdays, November 6, 13, and December 4, and 11 from 10AM- 5PM. There will also be a special Friday, December 3 Holiday Craft Bazaar to coincide with the City of Hercules Holiday Tree Lighting Event from 6PM- 9PM. Market Hall is located at 4000 San Pablo Avenue, Hercules, CA 94547 at the corners of San Pablo and Sycamore Avenues, off highway 80.

The application process for the Market Hall Holiday Craft Bazaar is available online at http://www.herculesmarkethall.com/craft.php or you can email your completed application and photos to arts@herculesmarkethall.com. There is a $40 fee for each day or a five- day pass for $180. Vintage airstream trailers are available for $75 a day or a five day pass for $350 on a first come, first serve basis.  All participants in the Market Hall Holiday Craft Bazaar must sell handmade items.

Sunset Co-Op Nursery School Craft Fair – Dec 4th – SanFrancisco

The 2010 Sunset Co-Op Nursery School Craft Fair is coming and is  signing up vendors now. 

BOOTH DETAILS:

Booth rental is free, with a 15% donation of your total sales as a donation to Sunset Co-Op Nursery School.

Vendors should  bring their own tables.  The standard “booth” size will accommodate a 6ft x 2.5 ft table.  Booths may be shared with other vendors.  Let it be  known if you have any other needs, such as electrical access or wall space.

Holiday Edition of Pop and Shop on December 4th

It is that time again!  Noise Pop is doing their annual Holiday Edition of Pop and Shop on December 4th at the Verdi Club. They are looking for artists, crafters, merchants and makers of things to participate.  Attached is information about The Noise Pop Holiday Shop Event: a promotional flyer, vendor application and photos from other pop-n-shop events.  Applications and payment are due no later than November 22nd, 2010.

We have various promotions and marketing plans to make this a well-attended and fun event. We have our street team distributing flyers, our newsletter hyping the event, a DJ (and possibly a local popular band) to keep shoppers entertained, calendar listings and social media blitz.

Emeryville Showcase Events 1st Annual Holiday Gift Fair and Exposition – Dec 3rd, 4th, and 5th

Vendors needed for Emeryville Showcase Events 1st Annual Holiday Gift Fair and Exposition. The event will be held on December 3rd, 4th, and 5th in Emeryville, CA. We are looking for crafters, artists, and commercial vendors. This fair is timed perfectly to attract holiday gift shoppers. The event will be held indoors in a BEAUTIFUL showroom just moments from the 80/580/880 interchange. The showroom is secure and monitored with ample covered parking. We will be inviting local residents, employees from local businesses (Pixar Studios, Novartis, and Bayer just to name a few) as well as residents from the immediate surrounding areas of Emeryville, Oakland and Berkeley. This event will also be promoted on a wide variety of local media outlets. Booth spaces will be 10 X 10 or 10 X 20 and each vendor is responsible for their own set-up including tables and chairs. A select number of spaces will also have access to electricity. Booths will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. The booth fee for this event is $250.00 for a 10 X 10 space and $500.00 for a 10 X 20 space. All applicants will be jurored. The deadline for applicants is November 12, 2010. EVHS Holiday 8th Annual Holiday Craft Faire – San Jose – Nov 13 & 14

The Evergreen Valley High School Athletic Booster Club’s 8th Annual Holiday Craft Faire will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2010 from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and Sunday, November 14, 2010 from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Evergreen Valley High School is located at 3300 Quimby Road. We are expecting 57 local vendors. Come visit and do your early Christmas shopping. We have something for everyone. We will have hand-made jewelry, quilts, home decor, sweets, crocheted and knitted items, and much much more. We have approximately 2,000 people visit during the week-end of the Faire. Hourly raffle drawings with great prizes are available for you to win. Come win a prize. Breakfast and Lunch is available for purchase. Come have a breakfast burrito or savor on a tri-tip sandwich for lunch. There is even a child’s arts and craft center for your children to create a favorite art craft while you shop. The proceeds from the booth rental, raffle tickets and concession stand go to the Student Athletes at Evergreen Valley High School. The EVHS Athletic Booster Club is a non-profit organization.
