The Richmond District Neighborhood has been serving and inspiring the Richmond District for 30 years. It’s a gathering place that offers free and low cost resources, support, and activities for your whole family. We are proud to present our 4th Annual Harvest/Halloween Festival on Sunday, October 31, 2010 from 12-3:30pm. Over 350 families come to this bewitching event with a haunted house, fortune telling, cupcake decorating, carnival games, and arts and crafts. This year, we will be having a Holiday Craft Bazaar along with the Harvest/Halloween Festival.
