Is internet access available?
Unfortunately we cannot offer wifi at this time, but we find most vendors are able to accept payments through mobile processing services.

What if I need electrical access for my mobile device?
The cost of bringing electricity to an outdoor booth is currently cost prohibitive at  J-POP SUMMIT. We suggest purchasing a pre-charged Power Bank device which holds the ability to fully charge for most devices 5-10x. They start as little as $19.99 and you can find them on Amazon or your local electronics store.

Will there be music/live performances?
There will be music playing throughout the day with occasional programs like fashion shows and speakers. But all live music performances are scheduled indoors.

If I rented my tent, can I get side walls?
We encourage you to bring artwork, decorative fabrics or other structures to make “walls” in your tent. Due to the current rental agreement for the tents, we are not encouraging side walls. Walls would cost vendors approximately $150 additional dollars to cover three sides.

Can I place anything on the floor?
The surface of the parking lot is what you are vending on. You may bring any coverings or flooring as you wish for your space.

What is your refund policy?
SF Bazaar sets its refund policy differently for each show based on the policies of our venue/partners. If a vendor requests to withdraw from J-POP SUMMIT  before June 22nd 2016, they will be refunded 90% of the vendor fee. No refunds will be issued after the deadline of June 22nd 2016.

Where are SF Bazaar vendors located in the venue?

jpop 2016 map_overview-2

SF Bazaar pop up marketplace will be conveniently placed outside at the entrance of the ticketed areas of J-POP Festival. This means that ALL foot traffic will pass by our booths in order to proceed to the ticketed area and you also will benefit from the general public who are visiting Fort Mason that weekend!
