Come and support CHEERS! Online Magazine, an online monthly publication designed to CELEBRATE EVERY WOMAN.

The first issue will be published in September 2010 and the launch will be August 28, 2010.

I’m looking for 20-25 women owned businesses to be vendors at the event. Since the magazine is all about celebrating women, I would like to provide a platform for women to market their products and services. If you sell clothes, jewelry, handbags, and anything else that women love, then you would be perfect.

You get an 8ft table for 75.00, and a free advertisement in the first issue. If you’re interested please contact me at:

May 1st, 2010
ARTSFEST is an annual event hosted by ART 94124. The theme of this year’s ARTSFEST is 3! For the 3RD year in a row, 3RD & Fairfax in Bayview-Hunters Point will come alive with MUSIC, ART, and FUN at the 3RD-annual ARTSFEST on Saturday, June 5 from 12pm-5pm. ( Fairfax Street between Third and Phelps will be closed off for the event)

The goal of the event is 3-fold: (1) to bring the growing circle of ART 94124 artists, supporters, and Bayview-Hunters Point community residents together to celebrate art, (2) to continue to promote ART 94124 as a catalyst for future art exhibits, community projects, and art-related events, and (3) to formally embark on the 3RD year of building the community through art at ART 94124 and the ART 94124 GALLERY.

Artists are sought for vendor booths; cost is $35 for a 10′ x 10′ space. Bring your own canopy and table — or tables and chairs can be rented from us. We already have a good line-up of music. food, and performers such as Cyclecide with their wild and crazy contraptions made from bicycle parts.
