Vendors wanted/needed for Roseland Holiday Craft Fair in Santa Rosa. The craft fair is on Saturday, December 5th from 10am – 4:00pm and Sunday, December 6th from 11am – 4:00pm. Please call or email for a registration packet 707-545-0102 ext. 225 or riebli@roselandsd.org.

The reason I am writing is because I am booking designers for our Chillin’ Holiday show at Mezzanine Saturday, Dec 5, 2009. This show will feature: 80 fashion designers, 180 painters and photographers, 2 live painters, video installations and a bunch of great DJ’s.

Show is from 8:00pm-2:00am

Our Mezzanine shows are really special and we only have a couple each  year. We normally have an attendance of about 2000 people.   Shows have been free for designers to vend for over 11 years and my goal is not only for designers to make money but also get exposure in the press and make connections with boutiques and buyers in the Bay Area.  The goal is to support the local art and fashion community here and keep SF a unique place.

I do not charge designers to vend but I do have some expectations and if

those do not work for you we are not the show for you. I work really hard for the designers and I do the best I can but your help make a huge difference!

In order for you to do the show this is what I truly expect from you:

1. If you are doing another show that same day you can NOT do my show.

2. I expect ALL designers to get flyers from me

3. expect designers to post the event in their websites.

4. send an email blast about the show

5. post to facebook, myspace, yelp, going, etc.,

If you are Not willing to do this this is not the show for you.

Anyway, I am so excited about this show! If you are interested in the show

email me fast as at times I get booked in less than an hour.

Vendors needed for huge Christmas Boutique on December 5th and 6th 2009 at Crosswalk Community Church. Large facility, loads of street traffic right off of El Camino on S. Mary Avenue. Doing tons of advertising, mailing to 5000 plus data base, flyers, huge banner on building. This is the 2nd boutique that’s been held here, last year had great attendance but the lady doing the show let anyone and everyone be vendors so there was tons of alike items. I am a experienced show organizer and am looking for high quality, handmade crafts and prefer not to have many non-handmade items. The cost is $50.00 for a 10×8 area. You must be willing to stay both days. There will be Friday evening set-up available. There are tables available for an addition fee of $10.00, first come, first served the sizes available are 8ft, 6ft and 80inch round.

Our school Sunnyvale Christian will be preparing and selling breakfast and lunches both days. We are also hosting a “Santa Workshop” where Santa will be and kids can visit with him, make a craft and get a picture takes. Questions or an application email me @ peggygraves@hotmail.com
