Buena Vista Holiday Bazaar – Walnut Creek – Dec 4th

October 7th, 2011

I am looking for vendors for the third annual Buena Vista School Holiday Bazaar. Table fee is only $35, and it goes to a great cause – education for kids!

It is bound to be a fun-filled night, with food, drinks, raffle prizes and lots of fabulous local vendors! Act quickly, as we are only taking 2 vendors per category.

Date and Place:
• Sunday December 4th, 2011
• 10 a.m – 2 p.m
• The Sports Basement, 1881 Ygnacio Valley Rd, Walnut Creek, CA 94598

Event Details:
• Holiday Bazaar will be promoted through Buena Vista Elementary School, via eNewsletters, paper communication, and posters placed around the school. Vendors are encouraged to promote the event as well through their websites, social media outlets, and through friends & family. All attendees will be offered free food and drinks, and Sports Basement will donate a percentage of attendee sales to the school. There will be a raffle, so feel free to donate an item of your choice. It’s bound to be a fun-filled night!
• This is the third fundraiser of this kind for our school.

Fee and Exhibit Information:
• Vendor participation fee is $35, with an optional donation for the raffle.
• Applicants will be accepted on a FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED BASIS. We will try and accommodate all requests, but keep in mind there are only about 12 vendor spots, so we are limiting vendors to those who sell high quality gift items for the family (preferably those made by local artisans or small businesses). We are limiting vendor spots to 2 per category (i.e. jewelry, baby clothing, handbags, etc.).

Email me back if interested and I’ll forward you the application:
