Welcome to The Waterfront Festival featuring āArt Wine and Chocolateā at the Historic Suisun Waterfrontā¦ā¦. October 2nd is going to be a āhappening spotā at the beautiful waterfront and you are cordially invited to be part of the fun!Ā This is the 5th year for āArt Wine Chocolateā and 2010 promises to be the best yet!Ā The event will feature unique hand-crafted waresā¦..no commercial vendors allowed. About 15 wineries, and 15 chocolatiers will participate. The Waterfront Festival also hosts a bake-off and childrenās activities and features live music center stage. It promises to be a fun family event, with something for everyone to enjoy!

Visitors look forward to browsing the artisan booths set up along the beautiful waterfront and enjoying samples of chocolate. Wine tasting, along with a commemorative wine glass, is available for a fee.Ā

The event has been very popular and attendance last year was estimated at 4000 – 5000. There will be repeat visitors and a lot of advertising as well in local print media and radio announcements. The event is listed at many online āEventsā sites and you can help get the word out at your shows and via Facebook, Twitter or however you keep in contact with your customers, friends and family.

10,000 color postcards are being printed to promote the showā¦ā¦ā¦You will each get a packet of postcards to hand out at your summer shows and to your existing customers, etc. About 5000 postcards will go out as an insert in the local newspaper the Wednesday before the event to communities around the area. This is a very effective way to invite new people to come.

Cost for 10ā x 10ā space is $100 postmarked before Sept 1 or $125 postmarked after Sept 1.Ā You can post-date your check and I will deposit it in September.Ā Each vendor will provided their own 10ā x 10ā canopy, tables, table coverings and chairs, etc.

To reserve your space, please return the registration form with your check.Ā Jewelry is by far the most popular category and fills up quickly.
