Vendors needed for Emeryville Showcase Events 1st Annual Holiday Gift Fair and Exposition. The event will be held on December 3rd, 4th, and 5th in Emeryville, CA. We are looking for crafters, artists, and commercial vendors. This fair is timed perfectly to attract holiday gift shoppers. The event will be held indoors in a BEAUTIFUL showroom just moments from the 80/580/880 interchange. The showroom is secure and monitored with ample covered parking. We will be inviting local residents, employees from local businesses (Pixar Studios, Novartis, and Bayer just to name a few) as well as residents from the immediate surrounding areas of Emeryville, Oakland and Berkeley. This event will also be promoted on a wide variety of local media outlets. Booth spaces will be 10 X 10 or 10 X 20 and each vendor is responsible for their own set-up including tables and chairs. A select number of spaces will also have access to electricity. Booths will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. The booth fee for this event is $250.00 for a 10 X 10 space and $500.00 for a 10 X 20 space. All applicants will be jurored. The deadline for applicants is November 12, 2010.
