The Buena Vista School Holiday Bazaar

Date: Friday, November 13th from 5-9pm.

Location: Sports Basement, 1881 Ygnacio Valley Rd, Walnut Creek

The event will cost $30 to participate (w/optional raffle donation). The table fees goes to a great cause – supporting Buena Vista School! This is an indoor venue and included in the price is a 6-foot table and a chair. Vendor Application wil be emailed once vendor is approved.

Sports Basement asks that vendors not sell things that compete directly with their merchandise, and we feel it’s best that vendors not compete amongst themselves. We will be marketing the event through the school via flyers and newsletters, but we’d also like all vendors to promote the event by doing an email blast or adding the event to their website. There are only about 12 vendor spots, so we are limiting vendors to those who sell quality gift items for the family (preferably those made by local designers or small businesses).

Please let me know if you’d be interested in participating ASAP. Vendor Applications will be considered on a first-come, first served basis, and all payments must be rec’d by Wednesday, 11/4/09.
