Continuing our collaborative series, NEW PEOPLE and San Francisco Bazaar will create another all-floor vertical art village to celebrate the Japantown Cherry Blossom Festival! This small curated shopping event will be part of a nationally renowned festival (Northern California Cherry Blossom) festival and gallery opening at NEW PEOPLE.

+ Number or vendors selected per weekend: 12
+ Booth Fee: $150 per weekend
+ Approximate Attendance*: April 14/15 (100,000) and April 21/22 (185,000)
+ Venue is INDOOR, vendors will be placed on one of three retail floors (Lobby, Mezzanine and Fashion Floor).
+ Booth space is approximately 6′ x 5′ ft, enough room for one table or a rolling rack of clothing.
+ You are only permitted to sell within your booth space.
+ Placement will be determined based on relevance of product being sold and space available at time of payment.
+ Electricity, 1 table and 2 chairs (per vendor) may be available upon request at no additional charge.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for San Francisco Bazaar NEW PEOPLE Artists Village: Cherry Blossom 2012

All applicants must agree to comply with these terms and conditions, to be accepted as a vendor:
>Cost for one booth space: $150.00 USD PER WEEKEND
>The booth fee is for the use of one 6′ x 5′ ft space.
>Payment is due within 72 hours of acceptance. If you do not pay in full by the deadline, your space will be given to he next artists on our list.
>Vendors may only sell handmade or independently designed products.
>Vendors are required to arrive no later than 1 hour prior to event for set-up. It is expected that all vendors will be ready and able to sell at time of event opening and may not leave any earlier than the end of show.
>Vendors will behave in good conduct, keeping their area free of debris.
> San Francisco Bazaar SF and NEW PEOPLE are not responsible for any loss, or damage of personal property, equipment, and/or valuables.
>All our vendors must have a temporary or permanent CA reseller’s permit by the time you vend with us. California law states that you must have a resale certificate in order to make sales. You are considered a retailer if you are selling any tangible items to customers.
>The terms of this agreement may be changed by San Francisco Bazaar and notice to any changes will be sent to you in writing. You agree to accept this notices by email to the address listed in your application.
>The event will proceed regardless of the weather. No refunds will be given due to cancellations from either the Vendor or San Francisco Bazaar.
>This agreement will be effective for each show the Vendor participates in.
