Call 4 artists & designers: Feria Urbana Dec 3rd, 2009

Feria Urbana is coming back for a holiday event at ‘The New Parish’ in Oakland on  Thursday December 3rd 2009; 6 P.M. – 10 P.M.

The New Parish is Oakland’s Premiere new nightclub, opened by the owner of The Justice League and co-owner of The Independent in SF.  The building also houses a wonderful new restaurant ‘Hibiscus’ and a couple retail spaces.  A great new spot!  *During the event there will be dj’s playing and the bar and restaurant will be open.  Starting at 10 a band will be playing, and vendors are welcome to stay (and sell) after 10 p.m.

The space available is acquired on a first-come basis, as well as making sure your product/s are the right mix for providing a good range of items for shoppers.

Thursday December 3rd 2009; 6 – 10 P.M.

Table fee is $100.  The event is to take place in the nightclub (with plenty of lights.) There may be a few tables we can use, but I am uncertain right now so more details on that soon.   Please provide all measurements of your table or display in the application.

The fee includes the space and marketing… listings in local websites, magazines, and newspapers, posters, an HTML email to forward to your list about the event and the website –   Additionally, each artist/designer will receive postcards with event information and list of all displaying artist/designers.

If you are interested in participating send in your application and payment as soon as possible deadline is November 10th.  Please forward this along to other artists/designers that you think would like to take part in this event or future ones.
